Welcome to Blomm Daya. By using our mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Service Description

Blomm Daya provides flower ordering and delivery services. All orders are processed and delivered according to your address and schedule.

2. Order Terms

• Orders must be placed through the mobile application
• Payment must be completed before order confirmation
• Delivery is made to the specified address
• Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on circumstances

3. Cancellations and Returns

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
• Flowers that have been delivered are non-returnable

4. Payments

• Payments are processed through Stripe
• We do not store your credit card details
• All payments are protected by SSL encryption

5. Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable Subscriptions)

Blomm Daya offers a premium subscription with the following terms:

• Monthly subscription: $9.99 USD / month
• Annual subscription: $79.99 USD / year

Subscription terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
• The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment for the next period is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when subscribing.
• Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not available.

The premium subscription provides access to: free delivery, exclusive discounts, and priority service.

6. Liability

Blomm Daya is not responsible for delivery delays due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure. We strive to ensure the highest quality of flowers but cannot guarantee perfect condition after delivery.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Do not place orders with fraudulent intent
• Do not attempt to access Blomm Daya systems without permission
• Do not distribute app content without permission

8. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. Important updates will be communicated through the app.
